This repository contains a Python pipeline to detect, characterize, and clean merger trees for central galaxies in cosmological zoom-in simulations. It is designed to work with simulations based on the GADGET-3 N-body/SPH code that use the AMIGA Halo Finder (AHF; Knollmann & Knebe 2009) merger tree format.
