Morphos
Welcome
MORPHOS is an interactive generative biology laboratory that simulates natural selection, genetic drift, and procedural morphogenesis in pure monochrome space.
An agent compiler & evolutionary optimizer. MORPHOS generates candidate agent architectures, evaluates performance across 4 key dimensions, mutates failures to fix root causes, and outputs optimized production agents.
An interactive visualizer of different mathematical concepts.
A persistent probabilistic categorical reasoning engine. Knowledge as enriched categories, analogy as functor search, belief revision on a Heyting algebra, knowledge topology via persistent homology. 190 tests passing.
